Overall it was ok.
The closeness to downtown area. The front desk employees were very helpful and the breakfast was good.
The lobby and hallways smell like sewer. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very loud and it was uncomfortable to keep it on at night and the cap to the air kept falling off.

Great location. The maintenance & cleaning people tried to be helpful, but with a manager who doesn't care what can they do?
People from manager to front desk could care less. Obviously cutting corners everywhere. The place has great potential, but they have made it bad. Very poor WiFi after 1st day. Didn't care, gave a BS story about power problems in the city causing it. Wouldn't even try rebooting. Long black hairs all over the floors & bathroom ( in 2 rooms) Towels in ragged shape. Was moved because fan did not work. Security lock on door broken off. Food trash in hallway not emptied in 3 days. A/C not working in breakfast area. Very poor food selection. Worst weakest coffee ever... tea would be darker. Must be re-using used grounds??? I would ABSOLUTELY NOT book here again ever.
